Kindly find below the floorplan as well as the boothnumbers of all exhibition-partner-companies. Make sure to double-check the dimensions / sqm / Company Name.

Equipment on boothspace
All boothspaces include 1 double power outlet with 1 kW electricity, 1 conference table, and 2 conference chairs.

Furniture and Electricity extra orders

If you need additional items such as screens, extra furniture, or transportation, these can be ordered through our online shop.

When you enter the webshop, please make sure to select “ESRR” from the dropdown menu in the first tab called “Events”. You may then move through the webshop by clicking “Next step”. Before placing your order, please have your invoicing details ready.

All equipment ordered through the webshop will be prepared and ready at your stand within the installation period (16. april 08:00-16:00).

Please note:

  • The order form/ webshop is in Norwegian. You can easily change the language at the top of the page (where it says “Norsk Bokmål”).
  • All prices are listed in Norwegian kroner (NOK).
  • VAT will be added to all prices.

Transport and Goods Handling
All transport of goods to the trade fair must be coordinated with Pedro:

You have two options for shipping goods to the trade fair:

  1. Send the goods to a local terminal
    We will arrange transport from the terminal directly to your stand. This transport can be ordered in the webshop. Please remember to use the shipping label provided in the webshop.
  2. Send the goods directly to the exhibition hall during the build-up period
    We recommend that you are present to receive and sign for your delivery. If this is not possible, we are happy to receive the goods on your behalf; please note that a handling/unloading fee will then be charged.
